Technical Implementation Agenda
We will provide in-depth details and walkthroughs on the following core topics:
1. Data Validation & Verification
Email Bounces: How registrars will be informed if Punktum dk detects an email bounce on a registrar-managed registrant.
Email Validation: Technical process for verifying email addresses using active response mechanisms.
Sole Proprietorship: Overview of how the sole_proprietorship field will be displayed and used.
Pre-Approved Registrants: Explanation of cases where CPR linkage is not possible, and Punktum dk initiates a MitID verification directly with the registrant.
2. Process & Responsibilities
Process Flow Diagrams: A comprehensive walkthrough of the flow diagrams for data and ID verification at registrars, covering new registrations, transfers, contact updates, and transitions.
Registrar Withdrawal: Clarification on responsibility transfer to Punktum dk if a registrar withdraws from an active verification process.
Responsibility Settings: How registrars can indicate whether they handle ID verifications themselves.
3. System Updates
New Messages & Templates: Review of NIS2-related poll messages and email templates available in the Sandbox environment, and an overview of those still under development.
EPP extentions: Overview of possible data fields to be displayed, including sole_proprietorship, registrar_verification, epp_validated_id, epp_validated_email, validation statuses, responsibility flags, and expiry dates.
WHOIS Display Rules: Clarification of rules for displaying public email addresses for Danish entities (with/without CVR) and foreign companies.
New Registrar Portal: A short presentation of the upcoming portal and its data/ID verification components.
