We have updated Appendix Ad 4 to include new information that you are obligated to implement in your registration process. This update relates to the terms and conditions for .dk domain name registrations.
In addition to the text you are currently using, there is a new, required text you must add to your flow as soon as possible. This new requirement is because the public email address for companies (and not registered sole proprietorships) will be visible in WHOIS starting October 1st.
It is mandatory that you add the following text to your flow:
If I am a legal person (and not a registered sole proprietorship) I have been informed that my email address will be published and that my email address must not contain any personal data. The email address can be changed via Punktum dk‘s self-service portal or the registrar.
Recommendation
Our recommendation is that you include the email address and/or phone number in this registration flow, if you don't already have it at another stage.
This will help ensure the registrant is aware of the contact information being used for the domain name. Including the email address and/or phone number is not a formal requirement from our side.
It could look like in the example here, where all the information is collected on one page in a registration flow including the .dk logo.
