This is a reminder of the previously announced update regarding the discontinuation of login access using a REG-handle to our services and portals. Starting May 1, 2025, REG-handles will no longer be hidden and may become publicly visible.
Your follow-up is needed
As from May1 it will no longer be possible to use REG-handle to access EPP and DAS services as well as to access our portals (https://selvbetjening.punktum.dk/ and https://rp.punktum.dk/). This implies a necessary update in the registrar portal for those of you using REG-handle:
EPP: REG-handle login must be replaced with an EPP service user
DAS: REG-handle login must be replaced with a DAS service user
Login options from May 1
Registrar portal: Login will only be possible with portal users using your e-mail.
Self-service portal: Login will only be possible with WHOIS handles.
