We are writing to inform you that the executive order regarding the validation, verification, and disclosure of domain name registration data is now in a written consultation.
It is still expected that both the law and the executive order will come into force on July 1, 2025.

The Danish NIS 2 Act is currently being processed in the Parliament, and the law proposal, which has been submitted and includes changes compared to the bill that was under consultation, can be read here: https://www.ft.dk/samling/20241/lovforslag/L141/som_fremsat.htm
