To simplify our systems and to enhance the registrar portal, we will start shutting down the feature “Linked WHOIS handles“ starting May 1, 2025.
We need you to take required below actions if you have linked WHOIS handles.
The following actions you can do already today
Domains that have linked WHOIS handles as Registrant should be transferred to registrar management, unless you want to keep the domains as registrant managed, in which case you must unlink the WHOIS handle.
If you also have the billing contact or the name server manager role on your domains, you can choose to become registrar for these in the registrar portal.
If you don’t have the billing contact or name server manager role, you can either
unlink the handle and thereafter transfer it to registrar management. See 1.d. for important information
or become billing contact for your domains and thereafter transfer it to registrar management.
